T bars are used by most chair manufacturers to provide needed stability when the 2 position and 3 position lift chair is moved to an upright position. The middle piece is where the stroke tube from the actuator/motor is attached, and the "arms" attach to the chair on each side through the wood. There are several different models of T bars, so they must be ordered by the manufacture model and serial # of the chair. Contact us with your chair's manufacturer, model number and serial number.
