Refunds Policy

The product must be inspected before a refund can be processed. The original credit card is credited. For check payments, you will be mailed a refund check. This process can be up to 30-45 days. This allows us time to verify the condition of your returned product. See Return Shipping below.

Refused Product Policy

MINIMUM $130.00 freight charge (less shipping both ways) and 15% restocking applies for all refused products that have left the warehouse.

Cancellation Policy

MINIMUM $130.00 freight charge and 15% restocking applies for all canceled orders that have left the warehouse. $50 processing charge for cancellations of ordered products that have not left the warehouse.

 

Lift Chairs

For all orders you have 3 days from the date your lift chair arrives to inspect it for damages or defects. It must not be sat in or used for health reasons. In the case that you find any damages or defects, you must notify us immediately and we will inform you of the stops to take based on the issue you report.
Freight damaged items: You must notify the delivery company at the time of delivery and contact us immediately. We will provide you an exchange for a new product.
 
 Return Shipping: Customer will be responsible for packaging and shipping the lift chair. If you do not have the original box one may be purchased at the cost of the box plus shipping. Once the lift chair is received at the manufacturers facility in like new condition, we will refund your purchase price of the chair, less a 15% restocking fee and $130.00 minimum for the outbound freight charges. If you paid by credit card, credit will be issued back to the card. If you paid by check a check will be mailed to you. The credit process will take 30-45 days.

We cannot accept returns on custom orders. Cancellations can only be made on custom orders if the chair has not gone into production. A lift chair is considered a "custom order" when there is a fabric upgrade and/or there is an addition of optional features or that it is not in stock and must be built. This means that any lift chair that is ordered with fabric upgrades such as vinyl or crypton, special options added to the chair or it is a chair that is not a common stock chair. We apologize for this strict policy, but customized lift chairs can not be resold.

For all standard lift chair orders (not involving damages or defects) you have 10 days from delivery to decide if you would like to return your unused lift chair. Please contact our customer service at info@ liftchairsrus.com to make a return. We will provide you with a return authorization release form by email or fax. Please sign this form and return it to us and we will provide you with a return authorization number. You will be required to pay for packing and shipping the lift chair. Once the chair has been delivered to the manufacturer and determined to be in new condition you will be refunded the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee and a minimum $130.00 freight charge.
